Our Vision
Our VISION at myFVM is to empower our clients, enabling them to achieve the FREEDOM and MOTIVATION to live their best life, that’s why myFVM was created and what drives us!

Our Story
We are a family run organization operating in the Dandenong Ranges focused on providing personalised, relationship-based care. We specialize in participants living with cognitive disabilities including early onset Dementia. Our approach is intentionally person centred and we believe that bigger is not better. For us, ‘Dare to be Different’ means we work one on one with clients, and nothing is off the table, it’s your life and you are in charge.

As an experienced Registered Nurse working for over a decade in the aged care and disability sector, the move towards large, institutionalised care I feel has come at a cost of individualised care. As a matter of experience, I can say it doesn’t matter how hard or dedicated you are, you cannot provide sufficient time to each person that needs help in an institutional setting. Instead, these large institutions have substituted holistic care with the idea that personalised care is defined by sufficient food and your basic personal needs attended to. Support is more than ensuring medical and physical needs are met, we have forgotten that we are more than the physical being, for us to flourish even in adversity we require a holistic approach to care. The mind is just as important as the body! This is why I created myFVM, to provide another way forward. Our moto is ‘Dare to be Different’

We are a fully accredited registered NDIS provider, unlike some others, we are audited regularly against the NDIS practice standards, and you can rely on us to exceed those standards. Unlike large providers with extensive rosters of clients and rotating staff, we maintain a small client base to ensure genuine, long-term relationships and consistent support. When you choose to work with us, you’ll always know who is walking through your door. You'll be matched with the same dedicated personal assistants, fostering trust and continuity, rather than dealing with a rotating team of unfamiliar faces. We do not operate group homes. If you require short-term accommodation or recovery support, we offer a warm, one-on-one experience in a home-like setting.
